My Working Day
On this day I get up at 7.30, have breakfast and go to a bus stop.
On the way to the airport I read a morning newspaper. The bus arrives at Heathrow airport at 8.50. The Сustoms officers have 10 minutes to change into uniforms and take their personal stamps and folders with documents. At 9 o'clock they have a 30 minutes' meeting, where they discuss business matters and get instructions from a senior Сustoms officer for the day. After that they go to their Сustoms desks. The airport is usually very busy. Many people go through Customs. I am at my desk all the day with a short break for dinner.
I usually come home at 7 o'clock in the evening. I have supper. Then, if the weаther is fine, I go for a walk, if not; I stay at home and watch TV or listen to music. I have a good rest. I go to bed at 12 o'clock.
