We must limit the amount of junk food that we eat every day. Often young people tend to choose unhealthy way of life because of the influence caused by television. They think that all traditional things are slow and boring. Sport exercise plays very important role in healthy life style. Different experts say, that twenty minutes’ exercise three times a week and healthy diet is all that necessary if you want have healthy and fit body. 5) 1.
