There are two types of contracts litigation: arbitration and mediation.

Arbitration (file a claim to the court when another party breach contract).

Mediation (issues for breach of contract attract third party - a mediator).

what happens when a person / company does not fulfill or honor a contract

When a person or company does not honor a contract they become liable for the monetary damages that results from their breach of contract. If they refuse to deliver the services or payment designated in the contract, they can be taken to court for breach of contract and sued for damages.

how contract problems are resolved

In the best case scenario, contract problems are resolved by the two parties discussing the problem and coming to an agreement. However, if this is not possible, many people will try mediation or arbitration to resolve the dispute. The last resort will be to take the issue to court.

I came to law school because I like it, it's interesting and useful nowadays. When will I receive a certificate attesting to legal education, I want to work with the police, because I want to protect the people and to establish justice and righteousness in their country.

Зluses legal career: a steady income, career prospects, demand.

Cons: not safe (such as the work of the investigator) and the control of the media, public and government organizations. Ability to work on holidays, high responsibility, routine work papers.

I think that this lawyer should be primarily highly educated, responsible, attentive, sociable, honest and stress-resistant. And have the following skills: knowledge of law, negotiation skills, legal writing skills.
