5. Many items in menus are called in the original language. Give examples from the menu above and then some of your own.

Exercise 4. The names of the following animals are mainly of German origin however the names of the meat are French. Match the names of the animals with their meat.

Exercise 5. Translate into English:

В усіх готелях особлива увага приділяється організації сніданку. На відміну від обіду та вечері, на сніданок приходять майже всі мешканці готелю, оскільки у вартість проживання закладена вартість сніданку.

Континентальний сніданок (Continental breakfast) має назву також „європейський”. До складу меню входить: кава, чай, гарячий шоколад, гаряче (холодне) молоко, цукор, вершки, лимон, два види повидла (marmalade), джем чи мед, асортимент свіжовипечених виробів з листкового тіста (puff paste) та хлібобулочних виробів (bakery) у плетеному кошику (wicker basket), масло (вершковий маргарин), свіжовичавлений апельсиновий сік. У неділю меню сніданку може поповнюватися стравами з яєць (переважно відварених).
