4 Economic rationale of the project

The purpose of this section consists in an assessment of complexity and cost of creation and implementation of the program, developed and to compare her to the cost of the existing alternative tutorials.

As the main criterion on the basis of which you can really estimate the cost of creation of the program tool can serve complexity of cost of his creation. As the program becomes a product of any type, approach to his production in many respects has to be similar approach to industrial production. Therefore becomes extremely important economic efficiency of their creation and use.

The purpose of the degree project is development of game on a flash "The Kazakh khanate". This game will be available on windows and mac. Audience are those who studies history of Kazakhstan, prepares for UNT, wants to learn about Kazakhstan, to game programmers or just players.

4.1 Economic effectiveness of the project

Economic efficiency to receive the greatest possible benefits from the available resources. For this purpose it is necessary to correlate constantly benefits and expenses, or being expressed differently, it is rational to behave. The rational behavior is the fact that the producer and consumer goods, as a rule, high efficiency both to maximize this benefit and to minimize expenses.

Important part of efficiency of economic system is efficiency of capital investments. It is expressed as the relation of the gained effect to capital investments which have caused this effect. Efficiency of capital investments is measured a set of indicators which includes cumulative effect of capital investments, rate of return, a payback period, comparative efficiency and other indicators of economic efficiency of capital investments are used for comparison of alternative investment projects and the choice of the best the project.

Quite big role in economic process (whether it be the economic software or not) depends on the programmers creating this software. Then to play a role of creation, debugging and work of the program.

The cost of all Adobe package is 600 000 tenges. Price only Adobe Flash of 80 000 tenges. Also there is a similar free program under the name Sothink SWF Quicker. However he has an expansion under the name .sqf and it differs from the .fla expansion as at Adobe Flash.

4.2 Choice and explanation of economic efficiency calculation methodology

GitHub represents Git web storage a hosting. He offers everything the distributed monitoring system of versions and management of a source code (SCM) functionality of Git, and also to add the features. Unlike Git which is strictly the tool of a command line GitHub provides the web interface of the graphic interface and a desktop, and also mobile integration. She also provides control of access and several functions for collaboration, such as an error of tracking, a wish, management of tasks and wiki pages for each project.

GitHub offers as plans of private storages and free accounts which are usually used for placement of program projects with an open source code. As of April, 2016, reports GitHub having more than 14 million users and more than 35 million storages that does him by the largest owner of a source code in the world.

4.3 Calculation of the project’s economic effectiveness

In economic part of the thesis counts the estimate of expenses on implementation of project works, and also counts economic efficiency of the developed system of the software.

To an assessment of expenses include the following results:

• cost of materials;

• cost of the main and additional salary;

• unified social tax;

• expenses on maintenance and operation of the equipment;

• Other cash expenditures.

Calculation of the cost of materials

For the work, necessary to organize one work place and one workstation to install the server part of the software package. To save the server part of the software in the design stage can be set in the workplace programmer. Needed one PC with processor intel core i3 – 10000tg

Also, in the development of complex software following materials were used:

1. Pens and pencils - 300 tg.

2. Notebooks - 500 tg

3. Mouse - 3200 tg

4. USB Flash Drive 4GB - 2000 tg.

5. Headphones - 2000 tg

6. Books - 5000 tg

7. Other materials - 1000tg.

Total: 14000.00 tg.

Total expenditure on materials is: 114 000 tg.

Expenditure on salaries

The basic wage is calculated based developer of salary, As well as the duration of individual stages of work in the development of software system.

The average number of working days in a month is 22 days.

Additional monthly fee is charged at the rate (K_ad) of 20% of the basic salary and is:

Accrual of social security payroll is 26% of the basic salary:

P = S_m* 26% = 130000 * 26% = 33800tg. (4.2)

The costs of operation and maintenance of equipment

Development of software system was made on a laptop. The cost of a single PC is 100 000 tenge.

The cost of 1 hour of computer time is calculated by the formula:

C_t = S_e / T_y * K where (4.3)

  S_e  - Annual operating costs;

   T_y - Annual Usable PC time;

K  - coefficient of utilization of the PC.

The annual operating cost calculated by the formula:

S_e = S_a + S_z  where, (4.4)

  S_a - Deductions for depreciation (12.5% cost of the PC);

  S_z - The cost of maintenance (2% cost of the PC).

  S_e = 100000 * (12.5 + 2)/100 = 14500tg.

Annual Usable time of equipment is calculated as the product of the number of working days in a year at the time of the PC in the day:

 T_y = 252 * 7 = 1764 hour.

Then the cost of one hour of computer time:

  C_t = S_e / T_y * K = 14500 / 1764 * 0.7 = 11.7tg. (4.5)

The number of working hours spent on the development and debugging of software system is (66 * 8) = 528 hours. Thus, the cost of maintenance and operation of the PC are equal to:

   P = 528 * 11.7 = 6177.6 tg.

Calculation of profit

In first year application will be spread for free to get more famous, and then after one year the cost of application will be 150tg. In android market more than 150 million people.

689578/150 = 4597 people

If only 4597 users download this application all costs will be closed. If in one day 10 users will download this application:

10*30 = 300 users in month

300 * 12 = 3600 user in year

In 15 month 4597 people will download this application and all costs will be closed, and after that time all downloaded application will make a profit.

5 LABOR SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

The goal of this partition is definition the diploma and the most effective answer to negative consequences of the computer equipment to a human body. Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall have the right to protection of health [25].

Operators and users of computers are undergoing such hazardous and adverse factors, such as:

- X-rays;

- Ultra-violet radiation;

- Electromagnetic radiation;

- Electrostatic field;

- Overstrain organ of vision and others.

Convenient and reliable working conditions - one of the major factors influencing productivity of the people working with the computer. For providing these conditions it is necessary to know state standards, standards, standard requirements, recommendations about compatibility, ecological safety, etc.
