  1. Elevations of building.

  1. Floor plans (main), schedules of premises.

  1. Sectional views of building, structural connections.

  1. Foundations: plan, sectional views, geological sectional view, specification table of materials for foundations.

  1. Designed structures, specification table of materials for designed structures.

  1. Layout of construction site.

  1. Construction time schedule (or network activities schedule).

  1. Technological chart for one technological process.

2.1. Introduction

At first, a brief description of field of the project and field of each section are performed (1-3 sentences).

All important statements should be supported by reference in the form [1], [5-14], [1,3,7-9,21], etc. Links numbering should be sequentially throughout the work. First mentioned link should be numbered 1, the second - 2, etc.

Then the relevance of the project is performed:

a) scientific novelty and theoretical significance;

b) the practical significance of the work;

It is usually refer to previous projects and investigations in this field, and prove the importance of its development in this field.

Then a such phrase is brought:

"In this regard, the aim of this project was ... (the goal should be one!) ...

To achieve this goal the following tasks have completed:

...; (First task)

...; (The second task)

...

(2 - 5 tasks).

In the end of introduction can be performed the last-defined task or a few words after it – about the ways of solving problems. The introduction size of bachelor work is 1-2 pages. In the end of the introduction should be added the description of project structure. For example:

In the introduction the project relevance is performed, the goal and list of the tasks to achieve this goal are performed.

In the second section…

In the third section...

In conclusion of graduation project a general references are formulated ….

2.2. Architecture and Construction part

A part is developing based upon the received space-planning decisions, the nomenclature and the area of separate premises, the requirements for materials of bearing structures.

Space-planning decision of the building is based on the functional purpose of the building and the expedient location of its premises.

The explanatory note should contain:

  • data about construction site, geological, hydrogeological and climatic conditions, the presence of local building materials;

  • description of the location of the design objects in the city system;

  • description of the scheme of the object’s general plan;

  • explication of premises (table 2.2.1.), the technical and economic requirements for the designed object;

  • a brief description and justification of selected construction materials: foundations, walls, roofs, floors, roofs, and other elements (table 2.2.2, 2.2.3, 2.2.4.);

  • thermo technical and Lighting Engineering (on assignment) calculations;

  • the basic provisions on selection heating, ventilation, water supply, sewerage, gas, fire extinguishing equipment;

  • charts and tables that explain the project’s decisions;

  • specification of prefabricated structures (table 2.2.5).

An explication of premises, jumpers statement, statement of filling openings, sheet decoration, explication of floors and other tables should be given in the explanatory note, if the drawing has no free space for placing the data.

The drawings must be executed so qualitatively that they can allow to calculate the construction element, to design the production technology of the works, to determine the estimated cost of construction.

The drawings include:

  • a scheme of the general plan of a building or the neighborhood (quarter). The general plan of an industrial building in coordination with the head can be performed on a sheet of A4 (210x297) and be inserted into a explanatory note) - 1 sheet;

  • facades, plans of main floors, sections (longitudinal and transverse) - 2-3 sheets.

The drawings are made according to State Standard (GOST )21.101-97, State Standard (GOST ) 21.501-93, State Standard(GOST ) 2.301 - State Standard (GOST ) 2 .307-68.

The main inscription on the drawings is performed according to form 3 of State Standard (GOST) 21.101-97.

Table 2.4.6 Form 3

In the columns of the main inscription and additional columns to it (count numbers are indicated in parentheses) indicate:

  1. in the column №1 is the designation the document, including the part of the project, the basic set of working drawings, drawing of product, text documents, etc .;

In the final qualifying work of the designation of the document begins FQW letters (abbreviation), followed by a number of test book, year of protection and letter designation of the drawing product such as:

General plan - GP;

Reinforced concrete constructions - RC;

Wood structures - WS;

Architectural and construction solutions - AS

Metal constructions - MC
