The thesis is devoted to solving scientific-applied problem of improving the technology and development of technical means for extracting lake sapropel from the layer of water and then use as a component for the production of solid organic fertilizers by composting. The physical, mechanical and rheological properties of sapropel lake was reviewed. A new way of getting out sapropel from under the layer of water by milling type intake device without destroying the layer and the partial drying low of free water was proposed and justified. Theoretically substantiated options wide-curved, as part of an Archimedean spiral, shelves and screw Double-walled press, investigated the interaction of working bodyes with studied material, mathematical model of the material movement along the inner curved surface of the shelf and installed structural and kinematic parameters means for extracting sapropel from the layer of water. The technological parameters for extraction tool according to agronomic and environmental requirements was purposed.
