What are the data the assignment 2 and the upcoming examination should rely on?

This is because the data present in the paper was written in 2008, quite out-of-date. I found the ranks of Russia in the domain of ease of doing business has been improved a lot from the current World Bank data. And some of the topics of measurement has already been changed. Also, I really cannot imagine how the examination structure should be.
