1.1 Structure of the enterprise

The branch of Energosbyt is a separate subdivision of RUE Minskenergo and is located at 220013, Minsk, ul. B. Khmelnitsky, 6.One of the main tasks of the Energosbyt branch is to ensure reliable and accurate operation of electricity metering devices at the sites of the Minskenergo power system and consumers in the city of Minsk and the Minsk region. To accomplish this task, the branch staff is working on setting up electricity metering systems, replacing and sealing single-phase and three-phase electricity meters installed by consumers. According to applications of consumers or applications of representatives of the energy supplying organization, electric energy meters are to be removed for expert examination at RUE «Belarusian State Institute of Metrology». The verification of the parametrization of electronic metering devices installed by consumers is performed, as well as the adjustment of the parameterization according to the current regulatory documents.In 2015, the staff of the branch made a planned replacement of 68,180 electricity meters. The function of repairing meters without which it is impossible to ensure the reliable and accurate operation of electricity meters at the sites of the power system of RUE Minskenergo and the consumers of the city of Minsk and the Minsk region, a repair shop for metering devices has been established in the branch. The workshop organizes and conducts works on the repair of single-phase and three-phase electricity meters and represents repaired electricity meters as a test at BelGIM. In 2015, the staff of the branch repaired 117 777 electrical energy meters. The total electricity consumption by RUE «Minskenergo» consumers in 2015 was 9,677.1 million kWh, heat consumption - 10,498.4 thousand Gcal. In 2015, consumers of RUE «Minskenergo» were granted electric and thermal energy for the amount of 23,448.3 billion rubles. The number of electric energy subscribers as of 01.01.2016 for Minskenergo amounted to 1,619,014, including domestic - 1,540,924, non-domestic - 78,090. The number of heat energy subscribers as of January 1, RUE «Minskenergo» was 19,014. As of 01.01.2016 in Minsk and the Minsk region in operation there is 1 683 584 electricity meter.Control over the operation of automated systems for monitoring and accounting for electricity, software maintenance of automated systems for monitoring and accounting for electricity, industrial, non-industrial and household consumers in Minsk and the Minsk region is carried out by the AMRM service in which I passed pre-diploma practice. The service of automated control systems and electricity metering (AMRMS service) is a structural subdivision of the branch «Energosbyt» of RUE «Minskenergo». The AMRM service is created, abolished by the order of the director of the Energosbyt branch with the approval of the General Director of RUE Minskenergo and reports directly to the chief engineer. The Service carries out its work in accordance with the plans approved by the chief engineer of the Energosbyt branch.

Aims and activities of ASCME:

1 Creation and improvement of the automated (information-measuring) system of control and accounting of electric energy.2 Implementation of commercial accounting on intersystem and international lines of RUE «Minskenergo». The service area of the ASKUE service includes:

a) Automated (information-measuring) commercial accounting system of Energosbyt branch of RUE Minskenergo.

b) Commercial accounting at intersystem and international lines of RUE Minskenergo.

ASKUE household users on the territory of the Minsk region; ASKUE legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the territory of the Minsk region; With regard to AMRMS located on the territory of the LRO, the AMCS service carries out chief supervision and methodological management of the technological staff of MPOs.

Main goals:

- Ensuring the accurate and reliable operation of settlement automated metering systems for consumers of RUE Minskenergo.

- Ensuring the accurate and reliable operation of electronic metering devices installed at inter-system and international accounts of RUE «Minskenergo».

- Acceptance into operation upon completion of commissioning and repair and restoration works, participation in metrological certification of automated consumer systems.

- Providing methodological assistance to consumers in automation of energy consumption accounting.

- Methodological work with the branches of the Energosbyt branch and coordination of work with similar units of other Oblenergo and RUE Minskenergo.

As of January 1, 2016, the total number of consumers in the territory of Minsk and the Minsk region was 5,720. The branch of Energosbyt has its own production infrastructure, which ensures the implementation of the full cycle of electricity sales.

Three branches in Minsk:

1 Minsk office for the sale of electricity;

2 branch for the sale of electricity in the Minsk region, which includes Zaslavsky and Ostroshitsky production and distribution sites;

3 Minsk office for the sale of thermal energy.
