8.6Tidying Up the Appearance and Moving the Modules

We need now to rearrange the Modules in the Structure and also how they appearing the Ensemble’s Panel.

We will then see the Structure more clearly and also create space to add more Modules.

8.6.1Moving Modules in the Structure

Let’s first tidy up our Structure by highlighting Modules and then dragging them to a dif­ ferent position.

1.We’ll start off by [Shift]-clicking on the Note Pitch, Sampler, the Audio Voice Combiners and the L and R Output.

2.We will then drag the selected Modules down and to the left.

8.6.2Deleting unwanted Modules

1.We don’t need the L and R Audio Inputs, so let’s delete them.

2.[Shift]-click to highlight both Modules.

3.In Windows®, right-click (in Mac OS® X [Ctrl]+click) one of the selected Modules and then choose the Delete Selection menu entry to remove the Modules from the Structure.

8.6.3Using the Panel Lock Button to Move the Knobs

The controls for the ADSR are on top of each other in the Ensemble Panel. We need to unlock the Panel so we can drag the knobs to another position.

1.Click on the Panel button to view the Instrument Panel.

2.Click on the Panel Lock button to unlock the Panel.
