Let’s assume that Vika does not mind (не возражает) Aigerim’s sale of the interest. However, Kristina is against. Is Aigerim entitled to sell her interest in the Partnership?

1. Yes, Aigerim can sell as Vika has a controlling interest in the partnership.

2. No, Aigerim needs to collect consents of all partners.

Executive body (исполнительный орган) of VAK is sole (единоличный) and is represented by the position of president. Vika is managing partner, Kristina is president, and Aigerim is managing director.

AgroKazakhstan is Corporation (акционерное общество). In AgroKazakhstan, executive body is represented by the position of the executive secretary. Artem is president, Oleg – managing director, and Biken is executive secretary.

If VAK would like to negotiate the debt, and therefore Kristina travels to AgroKazaskhstan. What position in AgroKazakhstan is equal to her position?
