6.Заключительные условия.

6.1. Все изменения, дополнения настоящего Договора действительны лишь в случае оформления в письменной форме и подписания обеими сторонами.

6.2. После подписания настоящего Договора все предварительные соглашения по его поводу утрачивают силу.

6.3. Настоящий Договор вступает в силу со дня его подписания Сторонами и действует до 31 декабря 2013года. Стороны в праве продлить действие Договора путем подписания дополнительного соглашения.

6.4. Настоящий договор составлен в двух экземплярах, имеющих одинаковую юридическую силу, по одному экземпляру для каждой из сторон.

LLC “Sibtekhstrojj”, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”, represented by Director of the branch Matusow Ekaterina Leonidovna, acting under a General power of attorney No. 1 dated 10.10.2013 g, on the one hand, and LLC "Groups", hereinafter referred to as "Customer", represented by General Director Sergey Nikonov B. acting under the Charter, on the other hand, have concluded the present agreement as follows:

1. The subject of the contract.

1.1. The contractor undertakes to perform regular technical maintenance, repair, modernization or other works (hereinafter BRAKE) Customer-owned lifting equipment, hereinafter referred to as "Equipment", in accordance with the technical documentation of the manufacturer to pass the results to the Customer and the Customer undertakes to accept the results of the work and pay them. The list of equipment received by the Contractor for the production of BRAKE, is specified in Annex 1 and is an integral part of this Contract. 1.2. The contractor shall work with the Equipment in mutually agreed with the Customer terms. Control over the timeliness of regular maintenance lies with the Customer. 1.3. Work under this contract are made by the representative of the Contractor during working hours from 9.00 to 18.00, Monday to Friday inclusive, except statutory holidays or by oral agreement of the parties in another time, in accordance with paragraph 2.3. of this agreement.
