The SD mid range modular cleaner is a very versatile cleaner applicable for many cleaning purposes
It is excellent to master pre-cleaning jobs at modern intake plants; it is also suitable for dressing of malting barley.
Estimated capacity on wheat is ranging from 50 t/h – 100 t/h. The machine is assembled with modular components to make up a cleaner to suit very specific requirements.
The great advantage of the modular system is that it also offers the capability of upgrading the machine according to future requirements.

The H-500 indented cylinder is constructed to be part of a modular system, this means that a quantity of indented cylinders can be so arranged to satisfy all demands to capacities and plant lay-out
It also means that capacities in existing plants can be increased at any time by adding one or more cylinders.
In standard construction, the H-500x1000 indented cylinders are delivered with:
- exchangeable one piece
- safety access doors
- fixed speed drive and gear motor
The machine is of steel construction.

4. Laboratory equipment
LA-H
For small batch cleaning or continuous low capacity cleaning.
The LA-H brushing machine for laboratory use is designed for batch and continuous flow polishing, hulling or scarifying of small volumes of seed or grain samples prior to cleaning and grading
The LA-H can be used for loosening and removal of beards, husks, straw etc. before cleaning. It can also divide dried spices, split double grains and be used for polishing work.
Continuous separation capacity is up to 200 kg per hour on wheat. In standard construction, the LA-H machines are delivered with:
- with feeding tray, aspiration tube and integrated dust suction unit - motors for 1 x 240 V, 50 Hz; main shaft motor is 550 W and dust suction motor is 1050 W - collecting bins for both outlets and mounted on a convenient worktable
The machine is of steel construction.

NORTON BROOKER invented a new and Improved Machine for Cleaning Grain. Machine for cleaning grain. US 632637 A
The object of the invention is to provide a simple and durable machine especially adapted for cleaning grain, the machine being of the rotary type and so constructed that the chaff and any bulky refuse material will be delivered from the tail end of the machine shortly after entering it and the smaller seed and dust will be delivered to a chute at the exterior of the reel into which the grain is fed, while the good grain will be retained in the reel and delivered automatically to outlets, from whence the grain may be conducted to any desired point.
Another object of the invention is to so construct the device that it will operate with the least possible amount of friction and can be conveniently superintended by one person.
The invention consists in the novel con- .struction and combination of the several parts, as will be hereinafter fully set forth, and pointed out in the claim.
Figure 1 is a View of the head or receiving end of the machine. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal vertical section through the machine.
