Подозреваемого освободили под залог до суда, поскольку судья посчитал, что он на тот момент не представляет опасности для общества. 3. Из повестки Алексей узнал, что он является свидетелем обвинения в деле о налоговых махинациях и ему надлежит явиться в суд во вторник в 10.00. 4. Ответчику была вручена повестка в суд, в соответствии с которой заседание было назначено на среду. 5. Вручение повестки в суд должно быть заблаговременным. 6. Анну вызвали в суд для дачи свидетельских показаний, хотя ей казалось, что она мало что может прояснить по этому делу. 7. Адвокат заявил, что считает арест своего клиента незаконным, поскольку следствием не доказан факт его причастности к данному делу. 8. Суд постановил арестовать господина М. по подозрению в соучастии в преступлении. 9. Судебный пристав вручил свидетелю повестку о явке в суд для дачи показаний. 10.
