1. Theme 11: «Social-economical and political developing of Kazakhstan in XIX century».

2. Aim: Define essence of colonial politic in Kazakhstan, keeping of reforms in 20^th years of XIX century, 1867-1868 years, their changes in 1886 and 1891 years. Study the students give political marks to actions of tsarism in administrative transformations spheres, in economical ad social changes in kazakh steppe.

3. Objects of studying:

Study the keeping of administrative reforms of 20^th years of XIX century, 1867-1868 years, and their changes in 1886 and 1891 years. Study the statutes of empire, which concern questions about using of Kazakh lands.

4. Questions of seminar:

1.The political situation of K-n in the structure of Russian empire. The statutes of Russian empire to ruling the kazakh steps.

2. The social-economy relation transformation in Kazakh steps.

3. The culture of Kazakhstan in XIX c.

5. Methods of studying and teaching:

Work in small groups by directions: social, political and economical changes in kazakh steppe with using scheme conspectus, program “Power Point”, comparative tables. After work in 30 minutes, defending itself works every group. Questions can prepare in reports form.
