Т: Good morning, children! I'm glad to see you again. Who is on duty today? Who is away today? Who is late today? What date is today? What day is it today? Are you ready for the lesson? How are you, Pi? Are you fine, P₂? Are you OK, P₃?

Т: Fine, let's begin!

2. Речевая зарядка.

Т: We have breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. I like cold breakfast. I like cheese sandwiches and coffee for breakfast. I usually have lunch at school. I eat some sandwiches, vegetable salad and drink a cup of coffee. Ask your friends questions about what they like to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Say that you like or don't like your mate's breakfast or lunch.

Р].- Do you like ham sandwiches for breakfast?

P2'. No, I don't. They are awful. I like cheese sandwiches. And what

about you?

P_t: I like them, too. They are tasty).

3. Контроль домашнего задания.

1. T: I think you've made a nice pizza at home. Let's ask and answer questions about the ingredients. Work in pairs and use the model of Ex. 1 on Page 115. (Учащиеся расспрашивают друг друга о начинке своих пицц).

2. Т: Imagine you open a pizza shop. В вашем магазине проводится акция для привлечения клиентов. Как вы будете рекламировать свой товар? Tell the customers about the pizza ingredients. Say that your pizza is tasty and it is not expensive. Who is the best promoter?

(Например: Buy this pizza. There is some cheese and ham in this pizza. There are some fresh tomatoes and mushrooms in it. There are some olives in my pizza! All ingredients are good for you! The pizza isn't expensive. It is 2 pounds only! You must buy this pizza!) (Учащиеся представляют свои пиццы).

4. Введение нового грамматического материала и его

отработка.

а) Т: I think the pizza «Four seasons» is yummy. There is much

cheese, ham and bacon in it. There are many tomatoes in this pizza. There are a lot of mushrooms there. Can you translate the words «much», «many», and «a lot of»? (Учащиеся отвечают).

T: We say «much cheese», but «many tomatoes». Why? You can answer this question when you read the rule on Page 115. (Учащиеся читают правило про себя).

Т: Look at the table. It helps you to understand this rule.

b) Т: Let's try to fill in the gaps of Ex. 2 on Page 116.

c) Т: Let's have some fun. Listen to the song and find a name for it.

Т: Answer my questions, please.

d) Т: I think this song isn't right. Let's change the words to correct it. You can use a lot. Look at the model of Ex. 7 on Page 117.

(Учащиеся читают вслух измененные слова песни). Т: Let's check your answers and sing this song along! (Учащиеся прослушивают правильный вариант песни и поют).

5. Т: The song is nice, isn't it? Now it is time to ask questions to me. Complete the questions with how many or how much and ask them, please. Т: Are you ready to be teachers? Open your Workbooks on Page 44. Correct the mistakes of Ex. 1 IW. How many mistakes are there in this exercise?
